Central Washington Family Medicine (CWFM), a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and Family Medicine Residency teaching clinic consists of a team of 45 providers who are providing services to over 50,000 patients per year. We have an excellent opportunity for you to utilize your education and experience in healthcare management. We are in search of an experienced Clinic Manager who will maintain effective working relationships and oversee and manage day-to-day clinical operations of our largest Community Health Clinic.

Responsibilities include: maintain and assist in development and review of Clinical Service policies and procedures; maintain professional working relationships to provide quality patient care and clinical training; recruit support staff and supervise clinical department managers. Incumbent will provide oversight and management of the CWFM budget, promote patient centered medical care and demonstrate positive interpersonal communication skills to enhance team building and improved patient care.

Requirements include: degree in Healthcare Management or clinical degree; experience in budgeting, patient relations, clinic administration, and personnel management. Experience with community health center desired, but not required.
