Requirements include HS Diploma/GED, excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills, and 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting. Responsibilities include: maintain and assist in development and review of Clinical Service policies and procedures; maintain professional working relationships to provide quality patient care and clinical training; recruit support staff and supervise clinical department managers. Incumbent will provide oversight and management of the budget for both medical and dental, promote patient centered medical care and demonstrate positive interpersonal communication skills to enhance team building and improved patient care.

Requirements include: degree in Healthcare Management or clinical degree; experience with budgeting, patient relations, clinic administration, and personnel management. Experience with community health center desired, but not required. Salary DOQ.

Central Washington Family Medicine Residency Program (CWFM-R) is growing and is in search of a Medical Educator to oversee the ongoing development and implementation of the Residency’s competency based curriculum. Medical educator will collaborate with the Program Director and Associate Program Directors for curriculum and osteopathic recognition on curricular innovations; faculty development; faculty, resident and program evaluation; education research and quality improvement projects. Will work closely with professional teaching staff and the Residency Program Manager to assess learning needs, schedule and conduct required training and evaluated and disseminate process and program outcomes.

Requirements include: Doctorate in Education (PhD or EdD) required. Concentration in medical education preferred. Will consider Master’s degree with experience. Training in quality improvement is desired and prior experience in faculty and curriculum development and evaluation preferred. Answers questions regarding specific procedures; including CPT or HCPCS codes and the cost of procedures when requested.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate strong ethical, professional and service oriented behavior. 2 years of experience with general medical billing, ICD 9/10, CPT, and HCPCS codes is required. Experience with Washington State Medicaid and Medicaid HMO’s is highly recommended. Knowledge of contractual adjustments required. Must be dependable and organized with the ability to multitask while paying attention to detail. Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus! Experience with AllScripts Practice Management System desirable but not required. A current CPC (Certified Procedural Coder) with ICD-10 certification is required.
