We have an immediate opening for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter conducts the full-cycle recruitment process to identify talent to fill job vacancies; administers the on-boarding process and gathers feedback to make improvements with our current processes. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter capable of establishing and maintaining relationships with current and newly hired employees; is able to learn about our corporation, culture and benefits to promote our workplace to interested applicants as well as external recruitment resources and contacts.
Qualified applicants will have an Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in a related field and two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. This position necessitates a high level of confidentiality, extreme attention to detail and advanced MS Office Suite skills. Prior HR experience is strongly preferred.
