Risk & Compliance Manager

Community Health of Central Washington has an opening for a Risk & Compliance Manager to lead CHCW’s Risk and Compliance programs.

Job duties include:

  • Lead and monitor CHCW’s Risk Management and Compliance Programs
  • Develop and implement proactive compliance programs
  • Conduct internal audits to identify areas of vulnerability/risk
  • Assist with responses to inquiries from regulatory agencies
  • Act as a resource to provide guidance on risk management and compliance matters
  • Collaborate with leaders in preparing, maintaining, implementing and monitoring written practice standards and procedures to reduce the risk of adverse outcomes
  • Maintain and direct processes to improve CHCW’s safety and compliance
  • Maintain current policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with FTCA, Federal, State, and local requirements
  • Chair appropriate Risk and Compliance committees


  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or related field
  • Two years of experience in health care risk and compliance or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid Driver’s License and proof of insurance
